Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• Is this crate suitable for aggressive chewers or dogs with anxiety?
No. This soft-sided pop up dog crate is designed for travel, temporary containment, and crate-trained pets. It is not indestructible and not recommended for aggressive chewers.
• Does it come with a padded mat inside?
The bottom is made of durable Oxford fabric. For maximum comfort during long trips, we highly recommend adding your pet’s own blanket or a foam pad.
• How hard is it to fold back into the storage bag?
It takes a little practice but is very easy once you get the knack! Just push the crate flat, twist the flexible steel wire frame in opposite directions to form a circle, and tuck it into the 13-inch storage bag.
